Taa-'at-dvn is the Dee-ni' Wee-ya' (Tolowa Language) name for Crescent City. It was chosen to honor the Dee-ni' (Tolowa) townsite where Crescent City stands today. Taa-'at-dvn provides an opportunity for students to engage in traditional beading, carving, presentations, workshops, games and stories. Weekly support is provided through Title VI for academic intervention.

Redwood Coast Indian Career Pathways (RCICP)
The Redwood Coast Indian Career Pathways program is funded through a US Department of Education Demonstration Grant. Our partners include the Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation, Resighini Rancheria and our Lead Partner the Yurok Tribe. This program was designed to prepare American Indian Students 6th - 12th grade for College and/or a Career. It is our mission to support American Indian students to successfully transition to college and careers after high school.
The mission of Del Norte County Unified School District's Title VI Indian Education Program is to provide services, activities, and curriculum support for the unique cultural, historical, and academic needs of American Indian children for their success and future prosperity.
Northern California Indian Development Council
The Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc. is a private nonprofit corporation that annually provides services to 14,000 to 15,000 clients statewide. NCIDC was established in 1976 to research, develop and administer social and economic development programs designed to meet the needs of Indian and Native American Communities; to provide support and technical assistance for the development of such programs, and the conservation and preservation of historic and archeological sites and resources.
